Hello and welcome to Hunny bee homestead, Our little forest home in the Noosa hinterlands.
We’re a family of 6, Myself (Kaya), my husband Luke and our 4 beautiful kids. Everyone plays an important part in running our homestead and this little business. Luke is a carpenter and the bee keeper, it was always a dream of his to have bees and we have so much gratitude for everything the bees provide to us and the land. We practice natural bee keeping and harvest raw honey, pollen, propolis and bees wax to use in our offerings. I am a stay at home mum and have been for the past 9 years, i have a little photography business here on the Sunshine Coast called Hunny bee creative and i am the creator/maker/planner for all things Honey Tallow, and hunny bee homestead. We have been growing our gardens and chicken flock the past year, learning through a lot of trial and error. I’ve started a dahlia patch and flower garden this season. Growing this into a small flower farm is a big dream of mine. Our goal has always been self sufficiency to live off the land as much as we can, growing our own food, raising animals and sharing our offerings. Hunny bee homestead store is a place we can share our offerings and creations, a variety of sustainable, wholesome and health conscious offerings from our home to yours. This is just the beginning for us and we’re so grateful to everyone who supports us, our family and our dreams. Thank you for being here x
